Building insurance and contents insurance
We can offer you a building cover and/or contents cover insurance policy,
tailored to your requirements, for
your main residence, second home, holiday home or rental property.
English language insurance policies
All of our policies are written in English, for you to understand, and are
fully compliant with Spanish insurance laws.
Mortgage insurance
If you have a mortgage, we can include mortgage cover in your policy. Our
building and mortgage policies, will generally be more competetive and more
comprehensive than those offered by your lending bank. Building insurance is
compulsory when you purchase a property with a mortgage in Spain.
Permanent residence insurance
For your permanent address, here in Spain, we can offer an insurance package
that can include all risk cover for valuables, outside the home, and accidental
damage cover for your house contents.
Holiday and rental property
Content insurance is not available for holiday homes or if the property is
rented. The normal procedure for rental properties is to take a refundable
deposit from the client, to be returned once the property is vacated and
checked for damages. This is normal practice for rental agencies.
